First Fortnight – The Art of Mental Health

That are several ways you might deal with loneliness, depending on your personal experiences. Some get the phone and stay hours and hours talking with their loved ones, others decide to gather all friends to a coffee and others decide to sleep and wait till it goes. However, the way you deal with it, seems still difficult to admit you feel alone, especially in a so connected reality.

Fatma decided to dive on her paintings to deal with hers. After got married, she followed her husband in a new challenge, leave her country to come to Ireland, with a culture quite different from the India she knew. And she tells a bit more about here!
