Walk In My Shoes is a St Patrick’s Mental Health Services’ awareness & education campaign.
This classroom presentation hosted by child and adolescent psychotherapist, Dr Colman Noctor, is designed to educate students in secondary school about how they can take care of their own mental health.
The presentation gives meaningful and practical ways that young people can look after their wellbeing. Topics covered include everything from building resilience and valuing our sense of self-worth, to understanding the relationships we have with ourselves and dealing with comparison culture.
This is one of a wide range of resources developed by Walk in My Shoes, the flagship mental health education and awareness campaign from St Patrick’s Mental Health Services: you can download further resources and find out more about the campaign below.
